    • The VFW is joining the U.S. World War I Centennial Commission in announcing the launch of a great new grassroots awareness and fundraising program, called the WWI Poppy Program. This program aims to raise awareness of WWI and the sacrifices made by veterans.

Participate in this program today http://www.worldwar1centennial .org/1881
by purchasing a World War I Poppy Kit from the WWI Centennial Commission. Each kit contains 60 poppy seed packets that will spark awareness and conversation about the WWI Centennial as it honors the legacy of the 4.7 million American veterans that served during WWI.

The WWI Poppy Program is an opportunity to not only raise awareness, but also to raise funds for your Post or Department alongside your Buddy Poppy distribution. The World War I Poppy Kits can be purchased for $64.99 and each seed packet can be distributed for donations to support your Post programs and community projects!
